After Capcom’s recent Spotlight game showcase, they are reaching out to the community in an effort to find out what gamers are most excited for and how they felt about the showcase in general. The questions cover everything from what the viewer’s preferences of show length and timeslot for the presentations are, what games were their favorite, what are their favorite Capcom franchises in general, and plenty of other questions that provide the fanbase feedback into the content the company produces going forward.
After the Capcom community survey that they released a while back called the “Super Elections” where gamers picked their favorite Capcom games, characters, games they’d like to see get sequels, remasters, remakes, etc., the results were not only taken into consideration, but also led to the release of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, the Onimusha 1&2 remasters, as well as the announcement of the upcoming Onimusha: Way of the Sword and Resident Evil Requiem among others.
If you’re a fan of Capcom and their games, I think it’s worthwhile to take the survey and let them know your thoughts. It seems at present to be the most direct way to get results based on fan feedback, and I’m looking forward to whatever comes from this. My fingers are crossed for Dino Crisis remakes and if we’re lucky maybe the Resident Evil: Outbreak games could get the remake treatment as well. Please take a few minutes out of your day to head on over to the link provided and let Capcom know what’s most important to you!
