Though it didn’t appear to last all that long, some might have been able to get a feel of what GTA 6 will be like when it arrives later this year. The silence of a new GTA 6 trailer has some wondering if the game will launch in 2025 at all, even though Take-Two has stated the game is on track for a late 2025 launch.
Now you may be wondering just how some people might have been able to play GTA 6 already? Do you remember that massive leak about 2 years ago when GTA 6 details were getting into the hands of the internet space? Well, thanks to a modder in the GTA 5 community, Dark Space, was able to recreate the map that was leaked of GTA 6, and add the modded map to GTA 5 with complete download links for others to do the same. Though it was not exactly what fans were waiting for, it did allow some to jump in and play what could potentially be a part of GTA 6. Dark Space had been hit with a copyright strike against their YouTube video, stating that he’d had his video taken down thanks to Take-Two Interactive and will be removing all links associated with the modded map for GTA 6. Take-Two and Rockstar are very tight on their content when it comes to YouTube videos and what they allow to be posted from others. They are also very tight lipped on a new trailer or revealing the official release date of GTA 6. We have so many questions for Rockstar about what could become the biggest title of all time whenever it arrives.
