Get ready to Embark on another extraction shooter. The team behind the first-person shooter filled with destruction, The Finals, are gearing up for their second play test of Arc Raiders.
Yes, the hot topic right now is certainly Bungie’s latest reveal of Marathon, and the surrounding discussion of ‘if the game should be free-to-play or come with a price tag?’ However, Embark looks to add to the conversation with their extraction shooter. “ARC Raiders is an upcoming multiplayer, extraction adventure, set in a lethal future earth, ravaged by a mysterious mechanized threat known as ARC.” Reads the games’ description.
Arc Raiders was first revealed back in 2021 at the Game Awards in which the game would see a delay into 2023 to help finish up work on The Finals. During the first play test in late 2024, Embark revealed that Arc Raiders would no longer be free-to-play and would come at an unknown price.
