PlayStation wants more players to get in on testing new features and sign-ups starting today.
Senior Director of Sony Interactive Entertainment Content Communications Sid Shuman details the purpose of the beta and how to participate in the upcoming PlayStation Beta Program on the PlayStation Blog.
You can enroll for the PlayStation beta program at https://www.playstation.com/beta-program-at-playstation/. PlayStation is considering choosing players to test new features on the PS5 consoles, PC, the PlayStation App, and perhaps the PlayStation website. To be eligible for the beta program, you must fulfill the prerequisites listed below. Remember that registering does not ensure that you will be able to participate in all betas.
Here are the requirements:
- Players must have a valid account for PlayStation Network in good standing with a current email address. Accounts with restrictions or violations may not be eligible for participation.
- Players must live in the region where Beta Program at PlayStation is available.
- Players must meet the legal age requirement for their region.
