Injustice 3 | To Be Given Justice?

With the last Injustice title being released in 2017, fans are itching for another title (I say this as I am firmly one of said fans). Could Injustice 3 be in development? Well, let’s dig into the article!

The potential development of Injustice 3 has been gently teased by a MultiVersus dataminer (datamining is where somewhere delves deep into a video game’s data files which could potentially hint at another game being somewhere in development due to data being left in the encryption). An account which has had a history of posting solid information regarding MultiVersus before it was officially announced, has teased that the next instalment of the series is in development.

MultiverSusie, an X user who had leaked the info, said “Multiversus shutting down is an Injustice, then doing it all again is another Injustice”, reading on with “Leaving me without any leaks is yet again another Injustice” with a reply to the original post saying simply “3”, leading speculation to arise with an Injustice 3 being in development. With both Multiversus and Injustice being worked on by Warner Bros Games, would explain how our dataminer here got a hold of the information.

As we know, Warner Bros Games has struggled to find form outside of their big hit Hogwarts Legacy. The gaming company has really struggled to keep the train going on the same track hitting derail after derail. Since its release in 2023, Hogwarts Legacy has sold more than 34 million copies with a sequel being in development. If we remember, Warner announced in February that they were shutting down three internal game development studios to focus on Harry Potter, MK and DC.

What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments below. Do you think we could be looking at another big Injustice instalment? Or do you think Warner will develop another mishap?
