UPDATE: Fallout 76 The Ghoul Within Season 20

If you ever wanted to get Ghoulish and feral in the world of Fallout 76, here’s your chance. Alongside the latest season of Fallout 76, Season 20: Glow of the Ghoul, Bethesda has launched Ghoul Within. Giving players a fresh new look of their choosing. For the first time ever in the Fallout universe, players who have reached level 50 and completed a specific quest will be granted the ability to turn feral and become a Ghoul.

When becoming a Ghoul, players may experience unique interactions as they travel across Appalachia. NPC’s and factions will react differently if you are a Ghoul rather than you being a regular Wastelander. Look to mask your new found look with disguises and help conceal your Ghoulification for faction interactions. Ghouls are immune to radiation damage and can use it to heal as well as unlock unique abilities which can be used alongside 30 new Ghoul-specific Perk cards. Players will also have to keep an eye on the ‘The Feral Meter’ that replaces the normal ‘Hunger and Thirst meter’, with the risk (or reward) of going Feral if it depletes.

While being a Ghoul sounds like a blast, it isn’t for everyone. You will be given the opportunity to revert to a Wastelander, but just ONCE! If you decide to become a Ghoul again, you will need to purchase a token from the Atomic Shop in order to do so. Become the Ghoul Within in Season 20: Glow of the Ghoul on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PlayStation 5 and 4. Get all the Season 20: Glow of the Ghoul details.

Will you become a Ghoul, let us know!
